I was so cold that I thought I had frost bite. I can’t imagine how the musher felt. The snow was cold and bitter. Every step I took I felt like I was being stabbed by 1000 knives. The dogs were yapping as if they were screaming, “let me out!” When the dogs ran past me I was in awe.

The dogs were as loud as a bomb. They were barking mad at the start. It was cold and wet. 3-2-1 – let the dogs go. Off went Zippy and Brett they were my favorite team. The wind tried to rip off my head.
