Jesika Reimer

Jesika grew up in northern Canada watching dog sled races and became a dogsled guide in the Canadian Rockies in her early 20's.  She and her husband headed up to Alaska with two older dogs after grad school and soon began adding more dogs to the pack to take advantage of the excellent skijoring and bikejoring around the city. A 3-dog team tided them over for a while but they eventually grew to a 6-dog team, and recently added a litter of puppies to bring them up to 12.

A mushing highlight of Jesika's includes completing the Triple Crown last year with her two-year old pups.
