Kevin Daugherty

Kevin became interested in mushing when his hometown starting hosting a race and he immediately fell in love with it.  He ended up hosting a musher and she pointed him in the direction on how to get into it so it's been cleaning a bunch of poop ever since!

Finishing his first 100 mile race with all of his dogs still happy is among Kevin's mushing highlights.  One of his most embarrassing dog situsations involves snowmobilers who stopped to take pictures and when he waved at them Kevin tipped over while going around a corner and was dragged for awhile.  After righting the sled, he didn't date look back to see if they were still watching!
